Rotational Lifting Beam for a Blue Chip client

A large client of Tesmec's required a solution to reduce downtime when conducting non preventative maintenance on large robotic equipment removal.

A lifting concept was required that would fit in a confined space and could be manipulated to allow full function of the enclosure when not in use. The system was designed, manufactured and installed by Tesmec allowing the operation required to be reduced from 5 working days downtime to 6 hours. Saving the client considerable product downtime and cost.
